Panic attacks

I have just got some really good news from the hospital (I had some brain scans done and stuff like that). And they said that my brain is starting to heal itself. This means that maybe I'll get my emotions back and I'll probably be acting like a crybaby all the time. Lyla made me get checked for a different problem as well (If this continues to be an issue I could possibly have to go to an institution). Which I do not wish to do. It's really complicated. Anyways.

Yesterday I was playing chess with Lyla and I had a panic attack. I left indents in the table and when the shaking became unbearable I fell off my chair and ran to the bathroom. I locked the door and dropped to the floor. I sat on the floor in a puddle of fresh vomit. I vomited for quite some time. The bathroom was a mess. I came out after the vomiting and shuddering had ceased. But when I sat down it started again. I sat in the corner shaking. She leaned down and held me. I'm assuming she thought it would help with the shaking. It did not. Although it did provide some measure of comfort.

"Is there something I can do to help?" She asked worry in her every word.

"S-stay." I didn't feel right asking her to stay. I'm sure she had better things to worry about then some mental case. To my surprise she stayed. I rested my head on her shoulder. I fell asleep and when I woke up I threw up on her. It was an accident of course.

We were both covered in my breakfast. I must not chew my food properly because it was really chunky (I know you were just dying to know that).

I didn't realize the intense grip I had on her arm until she touched my hand. I find it odd that she did not try to move sooner.

So she got up and went to her room to get changed. I sat on the floor shivering for what seemed to be an eternity. Then when it was less intense I stood up, and then threw up. I went to my room and laid down on the bed. The shivering had stopped. And I couldn't help but wonder what had caused the attack.

My panic attacks have been more frequent since I moved.

This post was supposed to have gone on here a couple of days ago, but I guess there was an error or something.
